What:            Carriageway Maintenance

Where:          Smallbrook Queensway – From Holloway Circus to New Street Station

When:           Phase 1 – Week commencing 18/02/2018

                       Phase 2 – Week commencing 25/02/2018

                       Phase 3 – Week commencing 04/03/2018

                       Phase 4 – Week commencing 11/03/2018

How long:   Up to 20 nights between the hours of 2100hrs to 0600hrs

Parking and Property Access

A road closure will be in place on Smallbrook Queensway so access to your property may be restricted. We must ask that vehicles are not parked around Smallbrook Queensway during the hours of work shown above. Vehicles obstructing our works will be relocated to an adjacent street by Mansfield Recovery. Please contact Mansfield Recovery on 0870 600 3444 if your vehicle has been removed.

We understand that vehicle access may be essential for some medical / personal reasons.  If you need vehicle access to your property during the above work times, please ask our personnel on site or call 0121 303 6644 and choose option 4 (Customer Services). Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Works Information

The condition of the existing road has been assessed and Carriageway repairs will soon be taking place. The opening description in this letter states the location where the work will be taking place. Please note, we do not always resurface the whole road.
